Wrote this one in the doctors surgery in Southern France. Both my sons had terrible ear infections so we were waiting to see the doctor. The new clinic was all marble and stained glass like a church and it started me thinking that we spend our lives taking doctors of granted until we fall ill then we ask them to fix us.
Although I’m not a religious man at all, it started me thinking about the direct parallel with religion. Many spend their lives taking their god for granted until their lives fall apart in some way, then they pay him a visit and expect him to patch it all up.
The recording isn’t great but if you guys think this one is a ‘keeper’ I will re-record it with better sound (and get the camera in focus too)
Let me know what you think.
